Training Videos

My problem is similiar to Dhananjay44, except that 4 of the videos will play, on my screen the top 4 but none of the others. I get the error "Sorry an unexpected error occurred during playback. Click here to replay the video"  But clicking just brings back the same message. Do Microsoft intend to fix this problem? Dhananjay44 told you about it on 17th April, can you tell us when it is likely to be fixed? Thanks
